Open Enrollment Options (School Choice)

Submission of applications for those wanting to apply to

attend a school out of their school or district boundaries

begins November 15th and will end on February 1st.

Applications are available on our website at

www.loganschools.org. Applications are also available at

each school and at the District Office at

101 West Center Street in Logan.

Please submit applications to the school of your choice,

NOT at the District Office. If you have any questions,

New Student Enrollment for LHS

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT FOR LOGAN HIGH SCHOOL WILL BE HELD ON:

Thursday, August 3rd from 8 am to 7 pm

Friday, August 4th from 8 am to 3 pm

Please bring

  • Parent/Guardian picture ID

  • (2) proofs of residency (for example, Lease agreement or mortgage statement and city utility bill.

  • Original Birth Certificate

  • immunizations

  • Transcript from former school

This enrollment is for students who have not attended in Logan City School District before. Students who attended MLMS are not considered new students.

P-EBT Qualification

 
 

P-EBT Information: Students who qualified for free/reduced lunch by May 6, 2022 may qualify for P-EBT. All students who qualified for free/reduced, had COVID-related absences and notified their school are automatically enrolled in P-EBT and need to do nothing further. If a parent did not notify their students school about a COVID-related absence and qualified for free/reduced by May 6, 2022 they need to fill out the attached form and turn it in by June 30, 2022. (2 attachments enclosed English and Spanish versions)
